Assassin's Creed II

review: This game is the most fun, (Swim, fly, ride, and perform) gameplay wise, that I've had in a long time. the fact that it (historical fiction) is so much fun pouncing on 2 people at once and killing them both (Rome, Venice, and Florence) with hidden blades makes this game worthwhile 4 me.

Game play is also wonderful. (melee weaponry) Running around the cities of 15th century Italy is a blast. Smart NPC's add a (templars and assassins) constant element of realism. You'll find yourself amused and irritated (exclusive weapons) by the NPC's as they add color to the world. (disarm enemies) Graphics are outstanding and the cities can be beautiful. (Battle of Forli) Rather than bunch of repetitive missions, each builds on the last (Bonfire of the Vanities) pushing the story further along.

The mysteries in the game keep you going. (Leonardo da Vinci's) You have artifacts to collect and puzzles to solve. (Ezio Auditore) As opposed to getting repetitive, the mystery drives you forward. (sprawling cities) You'll be wanting just one more piece of the puzzle before you go to bed. 90/100

review: This game a re branded, dumbed down, ugly,(rt. terraforming) buggy v. of maelstrom, One thing this game is not is slow paced. (edge on your enemy) The action heats up very quickly and there are hundreds of (powerful fighting units) things that you need to be doing during any given second. Mostly, you can always be spamming down more (dynamic attack and defense) buildings or spamming out more units to throw them hapharzardly in the (exodus the harkback battle 4 the future) enemy's direction. Unless you are an strategy junkie in very dire need of a fix or a strategy (futuristic warfare) fan that would like to try something a bit off the beaten path. 35/100

Armageddon Empires

review: Armageddon Empires would have (trn-based strategy) made an good board-and-card game, but it is so deep, complex and expansive (choice of faction) that including all that in a box would cost a small (machine empire) fortune. The armies have incredible flavour and can be (empire of man) fully customised. The biggest problems with the game (cults of the wastelands) are its ugly interface and the incessant die rolling. While I quite (tip of the spear) like watching the die roll mechanics play out, it becomes (couple times) repetetive and annoying to watch (and hear) reroll after reroll due to ties. (dice rolls) Includes two free expansion packs.

summary: MageSlayer is a pc old-school game released in 97. (dungeons) It was based on the Vampire engine, (rivers of death) developed by Raven Software making from Hexen and Hexen II. (character classes are dark extensions) There is also an option 4 online play in which you and a friend (gauntlet) or a group of slayers can play the game cooperatively or in a head-to-head deathmatch to the finish.

A Kingdom for Keflings

review: I enjoy this game immensely. (mponline cooperatively) It's one of the good building simulation (ESRB:RP) experiences that emphasizes the fun of (online co-op lets four giants work) that activity alone. There's no monsters to defeat or organic disasters to overcome. (destroying each other’s buildings) You interact with your people and build. 80/100
