Shank (side-scrolling combat game)

Decent beat em up with a great style, (stylish visuals influenced by classic action cinema) lots of weapons and ways to kill people. However the gameplay isn't especcially innovative, (two-player co-op action) and play controls can be frustrating at times. There were several moments (solo gamers take control of Shank) throughout the game where I felt like the (join a friend for local co-op action and double-team attacks) animations blocked me from performing the move I wanted.
